1. YouTube Terms of Service

Vidcollectors uses YouTube API Services. By using Vidcollectors, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Vidcollectors is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. Your account

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. One account per person: it is personal and may not be sold, lent or shared.

Choose a username that is neither offensive nor misleading (for example, impersonating a creator or the Vidcollectors team). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Vidcollectors is not available from Brazil.

3. The game

Cards are obtained by opening packs. Pack contents are drawn at random; the odds for each rarity are shown on the packs page.

A card's rarity is assigned by Vidcollectors: first based on the creator's notability, then on player activity. It does not use YouTube statistics, and it changes every month. No rarity or value is guaranteed.

The game evolves: balance rules (odds, discard values, pack pace…) may be adjusted.

4. HypeCoins and virtual items

HypeCoins, cards and other in-game items are virtual: you hold a right to use them in the game, not ownership. They have no monetary value, cannot be converted into money and are not refundable.

Selling or buying accounts, cards or HypeCoins for real money outside the game is prohibited.

HypeCoins are not sold. The only purchase available is the optional Premium subscription, governed by the terms of sale.

5. Rules of conduct

The following are prohibited: using several accounts to manipulate the game (rarities, auctions, trades); using bots, scripts or any automated means; exploiting a bug instead of reporting it; disrupting or attacking the service.

In case of a breach, Vidcollectors may cancel improperly obtained gains and suspend or delete the account concerned. Except in urgent cases, you are notified by email and may reply.

6. YouTube content

Videos, titles and thumbnails belong to their authors. They are displayed through YouTube API Services, with a link to the video on YouTube. Statistics shown are YouTube's, with their date.

Creators can remove their channel from the game at any time from the Creators page. The cards concerned are then shown as "retired card".

7. Availability and liability

The game is free; only the optional Premium subscription is paid. The service is provided as is. It may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues, and may change or close. To the extent permitted by law, Vidcollectors is not liable for losses resulting from an interruption, a bug or the loss of virtual items.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the "My account" page (confirmed by email), or by emailing [email protected]. Your data is then erased as described in the privacy policy; your cards and HypeCoins are lost.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page; for significant changes, you will be notified by email or on the site before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] to find an amicable solution.
