2. Premium

While your subscription is active, a pack regenerates every 3 minutes instead of 10, and your stock can hold up to 20 packs instead of 10. When the subscription ends, packs already in stock are kept; regeneration resumes once the stock is back below 10. Pack contents and drop odds are the same as for every player; they are published on the packs page.

Premium gives no HypeCoins, no cards and no other advantage.

Should the Premium pace become less favourable, you would be notified in advance and could cancel at no cost.

3. Price and payment

€3.99 per month, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Card payment through Stripe, which processes payment data: Vidcollectors never sees or stores your card number.

The first payment is taken when you subscribe; the subscription then renews automatically every month on the same date until cancelled. Invoices are available under “Manage my subscription”.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days; without payment, the subscription ends.

4. Who can subscribe

You need a Vidcollectors account. Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Premium is not offered to residents of Belgium. A subscription taken out with a Belgian billing address is automatically cancelled and refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after your first subscription to change your mind, without giving any reason: write to [email protected]. The subscription is then stopped and you are refunded in full, within 14 days, to the payment method used.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in one click: “My account” › Premium › “Manage my subscription”. Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid, then does not renew. A period that has started is not refunded.

Deleting your account stops the subscription immediately, without refund of the current period.

In the event of a serious breach of the terms of use (cheating, payment fraud), Vidcollectors may cancel the subscription without refund of the current period.

7. Interruption or closure of the service

If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days through our fault, the period concerned is refunded pro rata on request to [email protected]. If Vidcollectors closes, subscriptions are stopped and the remaining period is refunded pro rata.

8. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to [email protected]: we answer within 15 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
